I simply can't get enough of the lovely emerald green, which happens to be the  Pantone Color of the Year 2013. Earlier, I posted wrote about great green sofas that are currently on the market, in many price ranges. There are are so many ways to  incorporate this jewel tone throughout your home, there is an abundance of great products to help you do that.
Emerald green symbolically brings a sense of rejuvenation, and it certainly can breathe new life into any interior.
In my opinion, this hue  pairs beautifully with rich natural brown wood,  metallic tones, leopard pattern and deep purple, navy and light gray palette.

Asbury Park is my new favorite beach  town nearby. Well kept boardwalk, good size beach and vibrant, artistic vibe. This small Jersey Shore town used to be a happening seaside community and a residential resort, with a large Casino and the Paramount Theater and Convention Hall. It fell on tough times for a number of years, but it seems to be back and sizzling hot now, judging from all those new developments in the area.
I enjoyed freshly squeezed lemonade on the boardwalk and vegan, coconut base ice cream- so progressive.
It is so different that most Jersey Shore towns,  so much more stylish and fun.

Walk in Hoboken

I've been living in Hoboken for quite some time, and the I absolutely love it here. First of all, river views of Manhattan on the other side of the Hudson are breathtaking, Second, rows and rows of  tastefully renovated brownstones remind me of West Village, they are beautifully maintained and full of character. I adore the walkable downtown and proximity to the city. And now I see it through my daughter's eyes: shaded parks with water sprinklers, street festivals, farmers markets, all those things that make her excited, and that makes me fall it love in this town even more.
